Refund policy
At Leo Antic, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same pristine condition as when received — unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is also required.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your item back.
Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
We strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Should your item arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will carefully review the issue and ensure it is resolved promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To receive your preferred item as quickly as possible, we recommend completing your return first. Once approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the outcome.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
